For long term health: lots of vegetables, nuts, fruit, safe fish (not high in mercury or PCBs). Grassfed beef/buffalo etc. is better. Avoid non-organic high fat foods (they concentrate chemicals that can be harmful). We can discuss these things later. Masters will need protein, calcium and exercise to maintain muscle and bone mass. There is some evidence that increasing protein intake in the elderly helps maintain muscle-mass better not increasing it, regardless of level of exercise.
